A Memorial Bouquet of Prayers
When a memorial gift is made, ACMC will prepare a Memorial Bouquet of Prayers for your loved one. Their name will be entrusted to the prayer of the ACMC community and remembered with love before the Lord.
Perpetual Enrollment in Community Prayers
Those enrolled through our memorial program will be perpetually remembered in the prayers of the ACMC community. Their names become part of our continuing remembrance as we pray for the faithful departed and for the consolation of their families.

A Thoughtful Expression of Consolation
At your request, ACMC can send a memorial acknowledgment to the family, letting them know that a gift has been made in their loved one’s memory and that their loved one has been enrolled in the prayers of the community.
The amount of your gift will never be disclosed.

Please include the name of the deceased, your name and contact information, the name and address or email of the family member to notify, and any optional prayer intention or message.
You may also ask that your memorial gift remain anonymous.
